MeDaVinci plc (AIM:MVC.L), the investment company focussed on technologies, products and services in the health and wellness markets, announces the resignation of its Chairman Peter Teerlink as a director of the Company.
The Board will carry out a detailed review of its investment portfolio and will report back to shareholders in due course. The Group currently has sufficient cash balances to settle its liabilities, however once this review has been completed it is the Board’s intention to raise new funds.
