Registration

The process starts with the submission of your concept. Upon registration your concept will be categorised for swift handling on our side.

 

Confidentiality Agreement

A concept or business proposal will be protected by means of a confidentiality agreement. If necessary, our legal department can provide a custom made confidentiality agreement or a cooperation agreement.

 

Feasibility Study 

Each concept will be evaluated for commercialising by MeDaVinci by the following questions:

  • Can the product be protected by means of a patent?
  • What is the size of the market or potential market?
  • What is the time to market (months/years)?
  • How complicated is the production process?
  • What is the size of the necessary investment?
  • Will it be feasible to obtain all necessary permits (CE, FDA, etc)?
  • What will be the production price and end user's price?
  • What marketing expenses can be expected and what wil be the margin for the company that initiates marketing this concept?
  • What is the present state of the product? Is it in concept, prototype or production-ready, including patent position and permits?

 

Agreement

Future cooperation with third parties will be part of our strategy. We strongly believe medical developments will create a healthy business environment for the inventor , for MeDaVinci and its partners.

Negotiations with more than one interested company is part of our strategy to get the best possible deal. Medical companies are carefully selected depending on their product and marketing strengths.

Our experienced legal/financial advisors, used to negotiate on corporate board level will carry out negotiations. This eliminates unnecessary meetings with non-decision-makers and saves a lot of time.

A final agreement between involved parties will outline all necessary steps to make the project a success.

 

Infrastructure

If MeDaVinci decides to develop a product idea into a commercial product, it depends on the outcome of the feasibility, what the agreement with an investor will look like. After signing an agreement with the inventor, MeDaVinci will create the infrastructure for product development in the following areas:
